Our Team
Mary is a dedicated professional with degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from the University of Mississippi. She is a native of Tupelo and has grown up knowing what a staple Staggs Interiors has been to the community. After gaining experience in the NY fashion industry, she moved back home to Tupelo and shortly after began her career with Staggs. With over a decade of experience at Staggs, she thrives on the dynamic nature of her work and how every day brings something new. She is proud to lead this great team, alongside Kelly, as well as earning the trust of their loyal clients. Outside of her career, Mary cherishes quality time with her husband, two boys, and their beloved Frenchie named Archie. You might even find her on the weekends cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels or her two boys during baseball tournaments.

A Tupelo girl through and through, Kalyn grew up visiting Staggs and always dreamed of being a part of the team one day. After graduating from Samford University with a degree in Interior Design, she made that dream a reality by joining the Staggs team as a designer. These days, she channels her creativity into managing the store's social media, marketing, and advertising. When she's not behind the screen, you'll find her in Pilates class, traveling somewhere new, or relaxing at home with her husband Hayden and their Dalmatian, Nickel.

Kalyn Bean
A Tupelo native and ICC grad, Katie is no stranger to Staggs- you may recognize her as Connie Morgan's daughter. Katie practically grew up at the store, tagging along as her mom styled the showroom and met with clients. Now, in a full-circle moment, Katie has joined the team as a design assistant and showroom stylist. Outside of work you'll likely find her with a coffee in one hand and a book in the other. She and her husband, David, are proud parents to two sweet daughters, Ava and Adaline. Katie brings a fresh perspective and deep rooted passion for design to Staggs.

Pat has dedicated over 30 years of her career to Staggs where she’s honed her expertise as a floorcovering manager. Her passion lies in the dynamic world of construction where she thrives on both new projects and remodeling ventures. She cherishes interactions with contractors and homeowners alike, as they fuel her enthusiasm for the industry and drive her commitment to exceptional service. Beyond the flooring realm, you can find Pat enjoying a round of golf on the weekends or soaking up the sun on a beautiful afternoons’ walk.

For over 34 years Connie has been an integral part of Staggs, pouring her passion into interior design. A native of Tupelo and a graduate of the University of Mississippi, she holds a degree in Interior Design, a field she embraces with unwavering enthusiasm. Connie finds joy at work through seeing her hard work and vision coming to life. Beyond design, she treasures moments spent with her grandchildren, cherishing their laughter and energy. You might also find her indulging in the art of painting or cheering on the Rebels at Ole Miss. With an eye for detail and a heart full of warmth Connie embraces each job with joy and purpose.

Connie Morgan
Lauren’s vibrant personality and attention to detail keeps our office running smoothly! A graduate of the University of Mississippi, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Finance. Lauren always enjoys meeting customers at work—getting to know each person while providing excellent customer service! Lauren loves all things shopping and makeup—she is our makeup guru! Spending quality time with her family is also very important to her and watching her young son learn and grow brings her great joy!

Connie is a seasoned lighting specialist with 27 years of experience in the field. Her passion lies in helping people achieve the style they desire while also witnessing their happiness and excitement during the process. Outside of work she finds joy in sewing and doting on her grandbabies, cherishing every moment with them. Connie is also an avid singer and unique enough a talented ventriloquist! She brings creativity and warmth into every aspect of her life—personal and professional!

Kirsti joined the Staggs team in 2023 bringing with her over a decade of knowledge and expertise in the flooring industry. Originally from Caledonia, she attended and graduated from Mississippi University for Women achieving a bachelor’s degree in fine arts with emphasis in Interior Design. Kirsti thrives on the opportunity to meet new people through her job, fostering connections and understanding their unique needs. Outside of work she finds joy in gardening or reading a good book and cherishing moments with her two boys and husband. Her commitment to her work and her clients is evident in every project she takes on!

Kalyn Bean
A native of Tupelo, Kalyn has grown up with a passion for interior design in hopes that she might be a part of the Staggs team one day. After graduating from Samford University with a degree in Interior Design, she joined Staggs in 2020 to specialize in interior architecture and now manages the store’s social media presence as well. In her design work she loves to create unique 3D renderings for clients, helping them to gain the best vision for their projects. In her spare time, she is committed to serving the Tupelo Women’s Club as well as the Gum Tree Museum Art Guild, and she is kept company at home by her loving husband and their two fur babies.
